Terms & Conditions   

Please read our Terms & Conditions before placing your order.



You may place your order via our website Order Form, via email, or via Carousell.
Our email address is popkidz@gmail.com.


We accept only payments via ATM Transfers or Internet Banking. Please make payment to POSB Savings Account 194-99355-2. If you wish to use UOB Account, OCBC Account or DBS Paylah to make payment, please let us know.

You will receive an order confirmation reply from us within 24 hours after we receive your order request. We will advise you the payment details as well. Please await for our reply before making any payment because we need to check our stock to make sure that your order is still available. All orders are subject to First Come First Serve basis.

You are required to make payment within 24 hours after we confirm your order. Please inform us once payment is done. We will acknowledge our receipt of your payment within 24 hours.

We will mail out your order within 3 days upon the receipt of your payment. You shall be notified once your order is mailed out.


FREE normal mail for all items!

We will NOT be responsible for any lost parcel via normal mail but please be rest assured that we handle every item with care. Local normail mails are highly safe so not to worry about that!

For customers who opt for registered mail, please top up S$2.24. We will email you the Registered Article (RA) Number of the registered mail. You can use this number to check the status of your mail on Singapore Post website.

If you need your order urgently, we can deliver to your place at a flat delivery charge of $8.



Goods sold are non-refundable.

Customer satisfaction matters to us. We take pride in delivering good quality merchandise to our customers. We check all orders before arranging for delivery.

No cancellation of order is allowed once payment has been made. Refund will not be given for cancellation of orders.



An exchange or return can be requested if
- we deliver the wrong merchandise.
- we deliver the wrong size/colour.
- merchandise is defective upon delivery.
- merchandise is damaged upon delivery.

Merchandise must be returned to us in their original packaging and must be unworn, unwashed & in good condition. The postage cost shall be borne by us.

An exchange or return request will only be effective if the request is submitted within 5 days from receipt.

Refunds & exchanges are subject to our approval.



All personal details of our customers will be kept private & confidential.

Contact information from order/contact forms is used for sending order details and information to customers of our store only. The contact information is also used to get in touch with our customers when necessary.

7) We reserve the right to end any sale or promotion earlier than stipulated date without prior notice.
8) By purchasing from us, you agree to our terms and conditions.
9) We make every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear      on our site. However, due to the limitation of our camera and lighting set-up, the colour of the      actual product may differ slightly from what you see on our site. The colors you see on our site      also depends on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be      accurate.
